Chef Mark Falgoust was featured in the “Cooks Gone Wild” article in the November 2011 issue of Our Louisiana magazine. The author of the article, which focused on a selection of top New Orleans chef who love to hunt, showcased Chef Mark’s Thanksgiving tradition of duck and deer hunting in the Atchafalaya Basin, the last American frontier.
